Title 43 - Public Lands: Interior
(a) In lieu of lease bonds, lessees, owners of operating rights (sublessees), or operators may furnish a bond in an amount of not less than $25,000 covering all leases and operations in any one State. (b) In lieu of lease bonds or statewide bonds, lessees, owners of operating rights (sublessees), or operators may furnish a bond in an amount of not less than $150,000 covering all leases and operations nationwide.
