(a) Requests to communitize separate tracts shall be filed, in triplicate, with the proper BLM office. (b) Where a duly executed agreement is submitted for final Departmental approval, a minimum of 3 signed counterparts shall be submitted. If State lands are involved, 1 additional counterpart shall be submitted.
