Title 43 - Public Lands: Interior
Any person who commits an act for which a civil penalty is provided in §3163.2(f) shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $50,000, or by imprisonment for not more than 2 years, or both. [70 FR 75954, Dec. 22, 2005]
