Title 43 - Public Lands: Interior
You must submit a geothermal well completion report, form 3260–4, within 30 days after you complete a well. Your report must include the following: (a) A complete, chronological well history; (b) A copy of all logs; (c) Copies of all directional surveys; and (d) Copies of all mechanical, flow, reservoir, and other test data.
