Title 43 - Public Lands: Interior
(a) These regulations are issued under the authority of the statutes listed in §3400.0–3 of this title. (b) These regulations primarily implement section 2(b) of the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended by section 4 of the Federal Coal Leasing Amendments Act of 1976 (30 U.S.C. 201(b)).
