(a) Reappraisal. BLM will not grant a renewal without requiring a reappraisal under §3602.13. (b) Bond amount and terms. Before renewing your contract, BLM may require you to increase, or allow you to decrease, the amount of the performance bond you posted under §3602.14. BLM may also require other bond modifications to ensure coverage for the renewed contract. (c) Environmental protection requirements. Before renewing your contract, BLM will perform additional environmental analysis as required, and may require you to adopt additional measures to prevent hazards to public health and safety, and to minimize and mitigate environmental damage. (d) Other requirements. BLM may require additions or changes to other terms or conditions of your contract.
