Title 43 - Public Lands: Interior
(a) The authorized officer shall specify the kind and number of livestock, the period(s) of use, the allotment(s) to be used, and the amount of use, in animal unit months, for every grazing permit or lease. The authorized livestock grazing use shall not exceed the livestock carrying capacity of the allotment. (b) All permits and leases shall be made subject to cancellation, suspension, or modification for any violation of these regulations or of any term or condition of the permit or lease. (c) Permits and leases shall incorporate terms and conditions that ensure conformance with subpart 4180 of this part. [49 FR 6453, Feb. 21, 1984, as amended at 53 FR 10234, Mar. 29, 1988.
