Title 44 - Emergency Management and Assistance
The Agency shall take floodplain management into account when formulating or evaluating any water and land use plans. No plan may be approved unless it: (a) Reflects consideration of flood hazards and floodplain management and wetlands protection; and (b) Prescribes planning procedures to implement the policies and requirements of the Orders and this regulation.
