Title 45 - Public Welfare
The Lead Agency shall: (a) Coordinate the provision of services for which assistance is provided under this part with the agencies listed in §98.14(a). (b) Consult, in accordance with §98.14(b), with representatives of general purpose local government during the development of the Plan; and (c) Coordinate, to the maximum extent feasible, with any Indian Tribes in the State receiving CCDF funds in accordance with subpart I of this part.
