Title 45 - Public Welfare
(a) All papers in the proceedings shall be filed with the FSA Hearing Clerk, in an original and two copies. Originals only of exhibits and transcripts of testimony need be filed. (b) All papers in the proceedings shall be served on all parties by personal delivery or by mail. Service on the party's designated attorney will be deemed service upon the party.
