Title 45 - Public Welfare
(a) The State plan shall provide that: (1) The State will extend the full range of services available under its IV-D plan to any other State in accordance with the requirements set forth in §303.7 of this chapter; and (2) The State will extend the full range of services available under its IV-D plan to all Tribal IV-D programs, including promptly opening a case where appropriate. (b) The State plan shall provide that the State will establish a central registry for interstate IV-D cases in accordance with the requirements set forth in §303.7(a) of this chapter.
