Title 45 - Public Welfare
(a) A grantee shall keep records demonstrating the progress and results under the grant and shall provide such records to the Institute upon request. (b) The grantee shall use the records created pursuant to paragraph (a) of this section to: (1) Determine progress in accomplishing objectives; and (2) Revise those objectives, if necessary and authorized under the grant.
