Title 45 - Public Welfare
(a)(1) If an individual for whom the Corporation has disbursed education award funds withdraws or otherwise fails to complete a period of enrollment, an approved school-to-work program that receives a disbursement of education award funds from the Corporation must provide a refund to the Corporation determined under that program's published refund policy. (2) If a school-to-work program does not have a published refund policy, the program must provide a pro-rata refund to the Corporation of the unused portion of the education award. (b) The Corporation will credit any refund received for an individual under paragraph (a) of this section to the individual's education award allocation in the National Service Trust.
