Title 46 - Shipping
(a) In addition to the requirements in §§173.054 through 173.063, each sailing school vessel must comply with the provisions of subpart A of part 171 of this subchapter. (b) In addition to regular passengers, for the purpose of complying with §§171.070 through 171.073 and §171.080, the following will also be counted as passengers: (1) Sailing school students.
