Title 46 - Shipping
(a) Each oceanographic vessel must comply with the subdivision requirements in §§171.070, 171.072, and 171.073 of this subchapter as if it were a passenger vessel carrying 400 or less passengers. (b) Each vessel must have a collision bulkhead.
