The authorities listed in this section are delegated to the Director of Operations. (a) Authority to adjudicate, with the concurrence of the General Counsel, and authorize payment of, employee claims for not more than $1,000.00, arising under the Military and Civilian Personnel Property Act of 1964, 31 U.S.C. §3721. (b) Authority to approve administrative leave for Area Representatives.
