The authorities listed in this section are delegated to the Director, Bureau of Enforcement. (a) Authority to compromise civil penalty claims has been delegated to the Director, Bureau of Enforcement, by §502.604(g) of this chapter. This delegation shall include the authority to compromise issues relating to the retention, suspension or revocation of ocean transportation intermediary licenses. (b) [Reserved]
