Effective Date(s): Dec. 31, 2006 or May 31, 2007 4. Revise §11.13 to read as follows: (a) The Emergency Action Notification (EAN) is the notice to all EAS Participants and to the general public that the EAS has been activated for a national emergency. (b) The Emergency Action Termination (EAT) is the notice to all EAS Participants and to the general public that the EAN has terminated.
