All requests for waiver of the rules (see §1.925) governing the Wireless Radio Services (see §1.907) that require a fee (see §1.1102) shall be submitted via the Universal Licensing System or to the Mellon Bank, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the address set forth in §1.1102. Waiver requests that do not require a fee should be submitted via the Universal Licensing System or to: Federal Communications Commission, 1270 Fairfield Road, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania 17325–7245. Waiver requests attached to applications must be submitted in accordance with §0.401(b) or §0.401(c) of the rules. [63 FR 68919, Dec. 14, 1998]
