Title 47 - Telecommunication
(a) All manufacturers of telecommunications equipment or customer premise equipment (CPE) and all providers of telecommunications services, as defined under this subpart, are subject to the enforcement provisions specified in the Act and the Commission's rules. (b) For purposes of §§6.15 through 6.23, the term “manufacturers” shall denote manufacturers of telecommunications equipment or CPE and the term “providers” shall denote providers of telecommunications services.
