Title 47 - Telecommunication
(a) Basis. These rules are issued pursuant to the Communications Act of 1934, as amended. (b) Purpose. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the provision of in-region, interstate, domestic, interexchange services and in-region international interexchange services by incumbent independent local exchange carriers.
