47 C.F.R. § 61.68 Special notations.
Title 47 - Telecommunication
(a) A tariff filing must contain a statement of the authority for any matter to be filed on less than the notice required in §61.58. The following must be used:
Issued on not less than _ days' notice under authority of _ (specific reference to the special permission, decision, order or section of these rules). If all the matter in a tariff publication is to become effective on less than the notice required in §61.58, specific reference to the Commission authority must be shown on the title page. If only a part of the tariff publication is to become effective on less than the notice required in §61.58, reference to the Commission authority must appear on the same page(s), and be associated with the pertinent matter. (b) When a portion of any tariff publication is issued in order to comply with the Commission order, the following notation must be associated with that portion of the tariff publication:
In compliance with the order of the Federal Communications Commission in _ (a specific citation to the applicable order should be made).
