Title 47 - Telecommunication
Each AM, FM, TV and Class A TV broadcast station will be licensed to the principal community or other political subdivision which it primarily serves. This principal community (city, town or other political subdivision) will be considered to be the geographical station location. [65 FR 30003, May 10, 2000]
