Title 47 - Telecommunication
(a) The licensee of each experimental broadcast station must maintain adequate records of the operation, including: (1) Information concerning the nature of the experimental operation and the periods in which it is being conducted. (2) Information concerning any specific data requested by the FCC. (b) Station records must be retained for a period of two years.
