Stations licensed under this part shall not: (a) Transmit program material of any kind for use in connection with broadcasting; or (b) Render a communications common carrier service, except for stations in the Public Safety Pool providing communications standby facilities under §90.20(a)(2)(xi) and stations licensed under this part in the SMR, private carrier paging, Industrial/Business Pool, or 220–222 MHz services.
