(a) Channels 171 through 200 are available to both Government and non-Government Phase I applicants, and may be assigned singly or in contiguous channel groups. (b) Channels 171 through 180 are available for any use by Phase I applicants consistent with this subpart. (c) Channels 181 through 185 are set aside in Phase II for emergency medical use for applicants that meet the eligibility criteria of §90.20(a)(1)(iii) or §90.20(a)(2)(xiii). (d) Channels 161 through 170 and 181 through 185 are the only 220–222 MHz channels available to Phase II non-nationwide, Government users.
