Effective Date(s): August 28, 2006 18. Amend paragraph (b) of §238.205 by adding the following sentence at the end of the paragraph to read as follows: * * * * * (b) * * * Locomotives required to be constructed in accordance with subpart D of part 229 of this chapter shall have an anti-climbing mechanism in compliance with §229.206 of this chapter, in lieu of the requirements of this paragraph.
