Title 49 - Transportation
(a) This part applies to States and Indian tribes and contains the program requirements for public sector training and planning grants to support hazardous materials emergency planning and training efforts. (b) The requirements contained in 49 CFR part 18, “Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments”, apply to grants issued under this part. (c) Copies of standard forms and OMB circulars referenced in this part are available from the HMTUSA Grants Manager, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation, 400 Seventh Street, SW., Washington DC 20590–0001.
