Title 49 - Transportation
(a) Aircraft operators who engage in the transportation of hazardous materials must keep an adequate supply of the labels specified in subpart E of part 172 of this subchapter, on hand at each location where shipments are loaded aboard aircraft. (b) Lost or detached labels for packages of hazardous materials must be replaced in accordance with the information provided on the shipping papers.
