Title 49 - Transportation
Within 60 days of receipt of a project management plan, the Administrator will notify the recipient that: (a) The plan is approved; (b) The plan is disapproved, including the reasons for the disapproval; (c) The plan will require modification, as specified, before approval; or (d) The Administrator has not yet completed review of the plan, and state when it will be reviewed.
