Title 49 - Transportation
(a) A state may withhold an investigation report that may have been prepared or adopted by the oversight agency from being admitted as evidence or used in a civil action for damages resulting from a matter mentioned in the report. (b) This part does not require public availability of the rail transit agency's security plan and any referenced procedures.
