Title 49 - Transportation
(a) Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, as amended, a quarterly index to the initial decisions of the Board's administrative law judges shall be made available for inspection or copying in the Board's public reference room. (See appendix for subscription to initial decisions.) (b) Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, as amended, a quarterly index to the Board's opinions and orders in aviation and maritime safety enforcement cases shall be made available for inspection or copying in the Board's public reference room. (See appendix for subscription to opinions and orders and availability of bound National Transportation Safety Board Decisions.)
