Title 49 - Transportation
(a) The failure of the Board to include in this part any provision of the Federal Claims Collection Standards, 4 CFR parts 101 through 105, does not prevent the Board from applying these provisions. (b) A debtor may not use the failure of the Board to comply with any provision of this part or the Federal Claims Collection Standards as a defense to the debt.
