Title 49 - Transportation
(a) Any person who knows of a violation of 49 U.S.C. chapter 449 (except sections 44902, 44903(d), 44907(a)–(d)(1)(A), 44907(d)(1)(C)–(f), 44908, and 44909), or a regulation prescribed or order issued under any of those provisions, should report it to appropriate personnel of any TSA office. (b) Each report made under this section, together with any other information the TSA may have that is relevant to the matter reported, will be reviewed by TSA personnel to determine the nature and type of any additional investigation or enforcement action the TSA will take.
