Effective Date(s): September 18, 2006 11. Amend §91.21 by removing the final sentence from paragraph (a) and adding a new paragraph (c), to read as follows: * * * * * (c) Disqualification. Any contestant who contacts a judge prior to or during the contest will automatically be disqualified from the current year's contest and barred from entering the three contests that come after the current year's contest.
