Title 50 - Wildlife and Fisheries
Reports are due as follows: (a) Annual reports are due 90 days after the grant year ends; (b) The final performance report is due 90 days after the expiration or termination of grant support; (c) Tier Two quarterly reports are due January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31 unless specified otherwise in the grant agreement; and (d) The State must report certified percentage of completion data and other significant developments in accordance with the grant agreement or 43 CFR 12.80.
