Title 50 - Wildlife and Fisheries
(a) This subpart contains regulations that are common to all Western Pacific fisheries managed under fishery management plans prepared by the Western Pacific Fishery Management Council under the Magnuson Act. (b) Regulations specific to individual fisheries are included in subparts C, D, E, F, and G of this part. (c) Nothing in subparts C, D, E, F, and G of this part is intended to supercede any valid state or Federal regulations that are more restrictive than those published here.
