Sec. 1749aaa-3. Regulations
The Secretary shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary
to carry out this subchapter, after consulting with the Secretary of
Health and Human Services with respect to any health or medical aspects
of the program under this subchapter which may be involved in such
regulations.
