Sec. 228. ``Banking Act of 1935''
The act of August 23, 1935, ch. 614, 49 Stat. 684, may be cited as
the ``Banking Act of 1935.''

Separability
Section 346 of act Aug. 23, 1935, provided: ``If any provision of
this Act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is
held invalid, the remainder of the Act, and the application of such
provision to other persons and circumstances, shall not be affected
thereby.''
