SUBCHAPTER I--PREPAYMENT OF MORTGAGES INSURED UNDER NATIONAL HOUSING ACT
Sec. 4123. Severability
If any provision of this subchapter, or the application of such
provision with respect to any person or circumstance, is held invalid,
the remainder of this Act, and the application of such provision to any
other person or circumstance, shall not be affected by such holding.
