CHAPTER 9--COLLECTION AND PUBLICATION OF FOREIGN COMMERCE AND TRADE
STATISTICS
Sec. 303. Secretary of Treasury functions
To assist the Secretary to carry out the provisions of this chapter,
the Secretary of the Treasury shall collect information in the form and
manner prescribed by the regulations issued pursuant to this chapter
from persons engaged in foreign commerce or trade and from the owners or
operators of carriers.
