§ 693. — Annual Report to Congress.

CHAPTER 19--ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE AND RESTORATION PROGRAM
Sec. 693. Annual Report to Congress
(a) The Secretary shall submit to Congress a report each fiscal year
describing the progress the Secretary has made during the preceding
fiscal year in implementing this chapter.
(b) Each report shall include:
(1) A statement for each facility or vessel for which the
Secretary is responsible under section 691(c) of this title where a
release of a hazardous substance or pollutant has been identified.
(2) The status of response actions contemplated or undertaken at
each facility.
(3) The specific cost estimates and budgetary proposals for
response actions contemplated or undertaken at each facility.
(4) The total amount required to clean up contamination at all
identified facilities.
