        CHAPTER 27--AUTOMOBILE DEALER SUITS AGAINST MANUFACTURERS
 
Sec. 1223. Limitations

    Any action brought pursuant to this chapter shall be forever barred 
unless commenced within three years after the cause of action shall have 
accrued.
