      CHAPTER 45--EMERGENCY LOAN GUARANTEES TO BUSINESS ENTERPRISES
 
Sec. 1847. Maximum obligation

    The maximum obligation of the Board under all outstanding loans 
guaranteed by it shall not exceed at any time $250,000,000.
