Sec. 205k. Authorization of appropriations; availability
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be
necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter. Appropriations
to carry out the provisions of this subchapter may remain available for
obligation and expenditure for such period or periods as may be
specified in the Acts making such appropriations.
