§ 266. — Applicability of administrative procedure provisions.

Sec. 266. Applicability of administrative procedure provisions
Subchapter II of chapter 5, and chapter 7, of title 5 shall apply to
all proceedings under this Act, sections 261 to 264 of this title, and
section 265 of this title.
