CHAPTER 75--NATIONAL TRADE DATA BANK
Sec. 4911. Collection of data
Except as provided in section 4908 of this title, nothing in this
chapter shall be considered to grant independent authority to the
Federal Government to collect any data or information from individuals
or entities outside of the Federal Government.
