Sec. 58. Short title
This subchapter may be cited as the ``Federal Trade Commission
Act''.

Short Title of 1996 Amendment
Pub. L. 104-216, Sec. 1, Oct. 1, 1996, 110 Stat. 3019, provided
that: ``This Act [amending section 57c of this title] may be cited as
the `Federal Trade Commission Reauthorization Act of 1996'.''
Short Title of 1994 Amendment
Section 1(a) of Pub. L. 103-312 provided that: ``This Act [enacting
section 57b-5 of this title, amending this section and sections 45, 53,
57a, 57b-1, 57b-2, and 57c of this title, and enacting provisions set
out as notes under sections 45 and 57c of this title] may be cited as
the `Federal Trade Commission Act Amendments of 1994'.''
Short Title of 1980 Amendment
Section 1 of Pub. L. 96-252 provided that ``This Act [enacting
sections 57a-1 and 57b-1 to 57b-4 of this title, amending this section
and sections 45, 46, 50, 57a, and 57c of this title, and enacting
provisions set out as notes under sections 45, 46, 57a, 57a-1, and 57c
of this title] may be cited as the `Federal Trade Commission
Improvements Act of 1980'.''
