Sec. 5805. Identification of launch support facilities
(a) Identification
The Administrator and the Secretary of Defense, as appropriate, in
coordination with the Secretary of Transportation, shall conduct an
inventory and identify all launch support facilities owned by the United
States Government. To the extent practicable, the Administrator and the
Secretary of Defense shall also identify any launch support facilities
which could be made available for use by non-Federal entities on a
reimbursable basis without interfering with Federal activities.
(b) Report to Congress
Not later than 1 year after November 4, 1992, the Administrator and
the Secretary of Defense each shall submit to Congress a report
containing the results of the identification required under subsection
(a) of this section. Portions of such report may be classified and
protected from public disclosure if such classification is necessary to
protect national security.
