Sec. 714d. Laws applicable to Corporation
The Federal statutes applicable to Commodity Credit Corporation, a
Delaware corporation, shall be applicable to the Corporation. Commodity
Credit Corporation, a Delaware corporation, shall cease to be an agency
of the United States as provided in section 713(a) of this title.
